Entry Requirements
Academic (Under 20): University Entrance including 30 credits at NCEA Level 2 from Science, Biology, or Chemistry, or equivalent. Provisional enrolment available on a case-by-case basis.
Academic (20 and over): Applicants without standard qualifications may be admitted following a conversation with the Academic Portfolio Manager. A background in science subjects is strongly recommended.
International: At least two academic subjects with a score of 60% or more, with background in at least two science subjects.
English: IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no band score lower than 5.5 (or equivalent TOEFL). Scores must come from a single test sitting.
Performance: Satisfactory academic progress and workplace placement assessments required to progress each year. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) available for relevant prior study or experience.
