Choose your programme before choosing a name
When comparing universities in Poland for international students, focus on the programme you will actually study. Review its curriculum, qualification awarded, assessment methods and teaching language. A university’s reputation is useful context, but it does not replace checking whether the course suits your goals.
For undergraduate applicants, document recognition deserves early attention. The Polish mission’s
student visa checklist for applicants in India includes recognition evidence for first-cycle entry and a language certificate at the required level, no lower than B2. Check the accepted documents before booking a test or submitting an application.
For master’s programmes in Poland, compare your bachelor’s subjects with the course prerequisites. Check whether the institution requires specific grades, an interview, a portfolio or relevant experience. If you are exploring a PhD, review the doctoral school’s research areas, recruitment process and funding terms separately.
Use the institutions below as a starting point for research. They are selected examples, not a ranking or a list of confirmed Derrick Jones partners. English-taught options and entry requirements must be checked for the specific programme and intake.
