Business Development Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into successful enrollments and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for study abroad (New Zealand) and nurses migration services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and immigration/education policies related to New Zealand.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counseling (education/migration sector preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-first approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving results.
- Familiarity with study abroad processes or migration pathways will be an added advantage.
