This programme is designed for those with a degree in another subject who wish to progress into management and business strategy positions. It focuses on developing specialist skills in business strategy, analytics, and strategic thinking within a global and New Zealand context.

Entry Requirements
- Academic: A Bachelor’s degree from a New Zealand institute or approved accredited overseas institution.
- Alternative Entry: A Level 6 or 7 Diploma plus relevant work experience, OR evidence of 3 years of full-time professional experience in a related field (subject to Director approval).
- Special Admission: Domestic applicants 20+ years old without a degree may be considered based on work history.
- First Day Essentials: Students are expected to attend Induction (Feb 5 or July 9, 2026) and bring a laptop and basic stationery.
- English: IELTS Academic 6.0 (all bands 5.5+) or equivalent.
