Programme Overview
The Master of Health Leadership is a multidisciplinary professional programme designed to transition high-potential health professionals into senior management and strategic leadership roles. It addresses the growing need for leaders who can navigate the complexities of modern healthcare systems, including funding models, workforce management, and digital transformation.
The curriculum is unique in its collaboration across the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, the Business School, and the Faculty of Law. This ensures graduates understand not only clinical requirements but also the legal frameworks and business logic necessary to run large-scale health organisations.

The 180-point structure includes core leadership courses and a choice of three specialised concentrations.
Core Courses (90 points)

- Health Policy and Planning: Understanding the political and social drivers of health systems.
