Programme Overview
The Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (MLSCM) is a postgraduate programme suite designed to prepare and upskill graduates for successful careers in the 21st century national and global logistics and supply chain industry. The programme builds on knowledge from previous study in business or related disciplines, providing advanced theoretical and technical skills in logistics and supply chain management and challenging students to critically assess logistics and supply chain systems. The programme is available in two pathways a 180-credit (18-month) pathway for those with a relevant degree background, and a 240-credit (24-month) pathway for those with a general degree. Online study is also available for international students. Exit qualifications of Postgraduate Diploma (PGDipLSCM) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGCertLSCM) are also available within the same programme suite.

Entry Requirements
Academic (MLSCM 180 credits): An undergraduate degree in the Logistics or Supply Chain field with a minimum B average (EIT 11-point grading system), OR a Bachelor Honours or Postgraduate degree in the Logistics or Supply Chain field with 120 credits at Level 8, OR a degree in a related field with a minimum B average plus evidence of relevant industry experience at degree level assessed by the Programme Coordinator.
Academic (MLSCM 240 credits): Any NZQF-listed undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum pass grade. Other graduate qualifications and industry experience may be considered.
English: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with no band score lower than 6.0, achieved within the last two years. PTE Academic 58 with no band score lower than 50. International equivalents accepted by NZQA also considered.
Performance: Satisfactory academic progress required throughout. Cross Credits and RPL available for Level 8 study only — not applicable at Level 9. An applicant not meeting MLSCM entry criteria may be admitted to the PGCert and progress to the Master's after completing four courses with a minimum B average.
