Programme Overview

The Massey MBA is a fast-track, professional qualification designed for practitioners who want to move into strategic leadership. It is one of the few MBAs in New Zealand with "Triple Crown" accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS), placing it in the top 5% of business schools globally.

The programme is divided into two parts. In Part One, you build a rigorous foundation in core business disciplines. In Part Two, you apply this knowledge through a high-level Action Learning Project, where you work on a real-world business challenge for a host organisation.

What You'll Study

You must complete 180 credits, comprising core courses and either a specialisation or an elective path.

• General (No Specialisation): Customise your degree with advanced business electives.

Part Two: Capstone (30 credits)

• Action Learning Project: An independent, supervised consultancy project within a business environment.

• Academic: A relevant Bachelor’s degree with a B- grade average or higher in final-year courses.
