Programme Overview
The Master of Management at Waikato is a professional, 12-month conversion degree designed for recent graduates from any field or emerging leaders who wish to fast-track their career into management roles. The programme does not require previous management experience and is focused on developing business acumen, leadership, and intercultural communication skills.
Students gain a strong foundation in core management principles before deep-diving into a specialized field.
