The Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying is designed to enhance technical, applied, and legal knowledge for those already holding a degree in a construction-related field. It equips students with specialized skills to provide strategic, budgetary, and financial advice throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.
The program is a practical pathway for architectural technologists or civil engineers looking to pivot into quantity surveying. Graduates are eligible to gain full membership of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS) after two years of post-qualification work experience.
